Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Ibrahim Emporium, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

🚫 No Exchange Policy

We do not offer any exchange on products once sold. Please double-check your selected items—such as perfume types, sizes, hijab colors, or customized orders—before finalizing your purchase.

✅ Return Eligibility (if applicable)

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, with photo/video evidence.

Once approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes or itr bottles once opened
Hijabs, caps, and prayer mats (for hygiene reasons)
Custom acrylic products or personalized items
Items returned without prior approval

📩 How to Report an Issue

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with:

Order ID
Photos/videos of the item
Your name and contact number
